Leadership Structure

The National Children’s Team (NCT), consisting of seven members from across the United States who are passionate about empowering the next generation for Jesus Christ, oversees all aspects of the Community Bible Study Children’s Ministry. The NCT is also responsible for administering National Training to those assuming the role of Children’s Director.

The Children’s Director is the servant leader in their local Children’s Ministry and oversees all aspects of running the Children’s Ministry. The Children’s Director trains, leads, supports and encourages Children’s Teachers in their areas of responsibilities. Through consistent shepherding, prayer and on-going training, they also build relationships with the Children’s Teachers and equip them with skills to be successful in their classes.
